I want this space to be a place I can look back on with fond memories

I don’t exactly have a full-time job at the moment – I can’t find one. And the cherry of the cake – I don’t need to study. I thought about what I liked, and what I wanted to do with all this free time. I wanted to document and share experiences through my own perspectives. A camera and a pair of shoes – really all I need. And what better time to start on this then now? Life doesn’t wait for anyone.

I’ve always had so many things to say and share, whether just random ideas to passions that I could speak about forever, but I’m a bit shy and it often keeps me from sharing a lot of myself, but the thought of sharing my thoughts publicly through writing had never crossed my mind, but was suggested to me, and through further explanation on the “how” and the “what” and the “why”, I started to feel an excitement build within me. Many topics raced through my head, from silly, fun things to subjects that I considered important, or at least special, and would love to share with others, and later even get their opinions or thoughts on the topic at hand.

I am usually compelled to write. Something will happen in my daily life, a news article or a debate will spark my attention, I will try out a new recipe, or find some awesome life hack and I will want to share it. Today though I am compelled to write about religion. After reading so many different viewpoints and hearing so many hateful things for and against religion for many months my heart and head are screaming for me to add to the discussion. So here it goes.

I am Christian. I believe in God and his son Jesus Christ. I struggle to always believe in Jesus, but my faith in the Lord is unwavering. I have attended and been a part of many different sects of Christianity.
